If the supplier sends me a personal account or a company account, can I still transfer through the CIEF Payment Exchange System?

Yes, we can transfer to both personal and company accounts.

How do I get my money back if the suppliers want to give me a refund?

If the supplier gives you a refund, your money will be reverted to the wallet in our system or your bank account.

What to do if you want a better exchange rate?

If your transaction is not urgent, you can choose the "3 days transfer" service to get a better exchange rate. We strongly recommend you to use the e-wallet in our system, this method can help you get a better exchange rate.

Where can I check the daily exchange rate?

Our system will display the latest exchange rate in real-time.

How many days does it take for the transaction to China?

There are two options in our system. You can receive the account within 1 working day at the earliest, or 3 working days with a better exchange rate.

Is there a different exchange rate on registration by individual or company?

No, the exchange rate will be different only when you choose a different way of transfer.

Are the Purchase Invoice provided by the system can be used for company account audit?

Yes. The Purchase Invoice generated by our system is legal and can be used for company account audit.

What if there is a problem with the transaction and the money seems to be frozen in the China supplier's account?

You may need to ask the China supplier to take a screenshot of their "account status" and send it to our customer service within 24 hours. If our account side also showing frozen, then we will refund back the total amount payment to you. On the contrary, if it is not account frozen, it may just due to temporary risk control management by the China Bank, and the payment usually can be release and back to normal in 2-3 days.

Alipay account frozen, how to solve it?
