国际支付方案 美金汇款
CIEF可以将 USD（美金）从 “马来西亚的公司账户” 转至 “供应商在香港或中国的 USD（美金）账户”。
这个 “跨境转账服务” 不同于 CIEF 的 “CNY（人民币）转账服务” ，CNY 转账仅限于中国境内的转账服务。
此服务适用于 “供应商在中国进行正式出口 或 申请出口退税” 时，需要 USD 付款的情况。

条规和条件
- 手续费为 2%，最低收费为 MYR 10。
- 最低交易额为 USD 2, 000。
- 若顾客取消订单，2% 的手续费则恕不退还。如果当中有产生额外的手续费及罚款，将由顾客自行承担，CIEF 恕不负责。
- 若因顾客提供的汇款资料错误，而导致资金遗失、到账延迟或产生任何银行手续费，CIEF 恕不负责。

“跨境汇款”
可以，您只需提供收款人的护照及地址（与身份证一致的地址）给我们即可。
一般上，我们会在收到您的付款后的3个工作日内提供水单，但整个转账需要3 ~ 5个工作日才能完成 。完成后，我们会上载 Purchase Invoice（发票）和水单（转账证明）到系统。 你可以登录我们的 Exchange 网站自行下载和打印。这个 Invoice 可以用在马来西亚报税。
- 美元汇款速度，取决于各收付款银行的处理时效。
你需要提供：收款人姓名（Beneficiary Account Name）、收款人地址（Beneficiary Address）、收款银行账号（Bank Account No）、收款银行地址（Beneficiary Bank Address）、以及SWIFT代码（SWIFT Code）。

How It Works?
Simply follow the steps below to easily handle formal exports and tax refunds for your suppliers
- Supplier Requests Export Tax Refund
- Place an order in the CIEF system and generate a unique tax refund QR code
- Request supplier attach the QR code to each packaging box
- Arrange for the goods to be sent to the Guangzhou warehouse
- Track the goods and pay the shipping fee via the CIEF portal
- Sit back and wait for the goods to be delivered

- Amendments: If any information requires changes after document submission due to the seller, the seller shall bear all associated costs
