Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.
Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
Responsibility
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
Good at reading and writing in Mandarin and English are mandatory
