FAQs
The maximum weight can accommodate for 1CBM/M3 is 500kg. “Overweight” occurs when the actual weight is GREATER than the volumetric weight. Thus, the HIGHER value weight will be used as final billing charge . The difference between the actual weight and volumetric weight will be displayed as “Overweight” in your order.
The calculation method as follows:
- Volumetric Weight (CBM) = The cubic volume of the actual cargo dimensions.
- Overweight Calculation Formula:
* If the actual weight exceeds the maximum load capacity:
* Overweight CBM = Actual Weight (kg) / 500 kg
Example:
- Volumetric Weight = 0.5 CBM
- Actual Weight = 400kg Calculation: 400kg / 500kg = 0.8 CBM
The final calculation will be based on 0.8 CBM, with your order showing a volumetric weight of 0.5 CBM and an overweight of 0.3 CBM.

Our insurance covers only [lost goods] cases. This indicates that we will only compensate for those goods which went missing from our warehouse, BUT not for damaged goods.
*If you are delivering fragile or valuable goods, you are recommended to use wooden or any sturdy cuboid to cover up the goods.
*The highest compensation amount is 3 times the delivery fees
For example, the total CBM of goods is 3, and the delivery fees will be RM330 x 3 = RM990
Thus, the compensation will be RM990 x 3 = RM2,970
* Insurance is not valid if the damage of goods is caused by a natural disaster or customs sampling inspection

The goods, including the wooden crate, must not exceed the following dimensions: Length 11.5m x Width 2.2m x Height 2.5m to fit into the container.
With the purchase invoice attached, we will charge 2% of handling fees.
To receive a price quote for one container, we require specific information.
- Your delivery terms with suppliers: Ex-Works, FOB, or CNF?
- If Ex-Works, where is your supplier located?

Liquids, powders, pressurized gas/liquid containers, food, counterfeits, or battery products are considered sensitive or hazardous goods. To ensure a seamless shipping process, please verify with our customer service team before sending your goods to us. Without confirmation, we may refuse shipping, and return costs to the seller will be on the customer.
We perform manual measurements for the carton dimensions, and an error within the range of 0 to 1 centimeter is considered normal. If the error exceeds 1 centimeter, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the carton for resolution. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
The dimensions are measured at the widest point in their current form. If the item comes with a pallet, the pallet dimensions will also be included in the measurement.
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours if there are any issues upon receiving your carton. For items received on Fridays and Saturdays, please contact us no later than Monday to address any concerns. Requests submitted after this deadline may not be entertained.
