Step 9 : Download QR Code Label

Make sure the words “退税单” appear in the document. If you do not see the “退税单” , it means you have made an error in previous steps.

Now you can download the document and send to supplier for them to attach on the outer packaging of the goods before sending them to the warehouse!

*Reminder: If the “退税单” label is missing, the goods will be loaded into a standard container. This will prevent the supplier from claiming the tax refund, and this outcome is irreversible, so please be cautious.

Step 10 : Request Supplier to Attach QR Code Label

After downloading the QR code, request supplier to attach it to the boxes using plastic tape, as shown in the example. This helps prevent loss of goods.

The plastic tape must fully cover the QR code to protect it from being damaged by water or torn during transportation. Any damage may result in the warehouse being unable to identify your goods.

*Each box must have a QR code label attached.

*Note: If your QR code is torn or dirtied upon arrival at the warehouse, the warehouse reserves the right to reject your goods. Protecting the QR code with plastic tape is mandatory.

What if the supplier refuses to attach the QR label?

The label must be attached to the goods. Without it, the warehouse cannot accept the shipment. The courier or logistics provider will return the goods to the supplier, and may resulting in additional costs. Therefore, it’s essential to ensure the supplier attaches the QR label to your goods.

Step11: Ship to Warehouse

Next, your supplier deliver your goods to our warehouse in Guangzhou.

*Note

If the delivery driver in China requests us to pay the shipping fee upfront due to the supplier has not paid, we may need your immediate respond to confirm the payment.

If any failure to do so may result in unnecessary issues.

*You must first register an IZYIM account before arranging for your supplier to send goods to our warehouse. This is because we manage your goods based on your unique QR Code label.

Step 12 : Check ETA & Payment

ETA refers to the Estimated Time of Arrival of your goods at the port in Malaysia. After your goods are received at our warehouse in China, you will receive an ETA notification, normally within one to two weeks or longer.

Additionally, this estimate does not include the time required for customs clearance. We cannot predict whether customs will inspect the container, which could extend the process.

Under normal circumstances, customs clearance takes approximately 3 to 5 days.

Once your goods are loaded into the container, you can find the shipping invoice in the portal. Make payment through online and download the invoice. Please complete the payment before we arrange for delivery to your doorstep.

Step 13 : The Goods Send To Doorstep

Scenario 1: If the goods are lightweight and the delivery location is on the ground floor, our driver will unload them for free outside your doorstep. However, delivery does not include carrying items upstairs.

Scenario 2: For heavier goods or if they need to be moved upstairs, you will need to arrange your own manpower or forklift for unloading.

Scenario 3: If you require our driver’s assistance to unload heavy goods or carry them upstairs, you may negotiate the price and terms directly with the driver. The charges will depend on the difficulty of the task.
