Terms and Conditions

  1. The handling fee is 2% and the minimum charge is MYR 10.

  2. The minimum transaction amount is CNY 1.

  3. Each transaction will be processed according to the SLA of different services, and the specific payment processing speed depends on the actual operation of the company.

  4. Customers will by default commit to legal sources of funds. If you encounter freezing or blocking, please contact us as soon as possible.

  5. Customers need to log in to the system to download the Transaction Proven by themselves without prior notice.

  6. If your supplier does not receive payment within 14 working days, please contact us immediately; otherwise, the dispute request may no longer be traceable.

  7. All transactions require MYR payment before funds transfer can be made.

This service only provides “Personal-to-Personal” transfers. We do not offer “Company-to-Personal” transfer services.

No, you must use a company account in China to transfer to the supplier’s company account (E2E).
