Customer Success (Mandarin Required)
Requirements
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
- Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
- Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
Responsibility
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
- Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
- Good at reading and writing in Mandarin and English are mandatory
