Customer Success (Mandarin Required)

Responsibility

  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
  • Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
Requirements: ‌
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
  • Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
  • Good at reading and writing in Mandarin and English are mandatory.

Social Media Executive (Mandarin Required)

Responsibility

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Collaborate with other teams, like customer service and operation team to ensure brand consistency
Requirement
  • Must proficient in Chinese, Malay and English
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Capcut, or Adobe Suite.
