Terms and Conditions

  1. The handling fee is 2% and the minimum charge is MYR 10.

  2. The minimum transaction amount is CNY 1.

  3. Alipay registered phone number or email address must be provided.

  4. Recipient Alipay account must verified real-name authentication.

  5. Each transaction will be processed according to the SLA of different services, and the specific payment processing speed depends on the actual operation of the company.

  6. Customers need to log in to the system to download the Transaction Proven by themselves without prior notice.

  7. If your supplier has not received payment after the transfer date, please contact us within 14 business days from the payment date; otherwise, the dispute request may no longer be traceable.

  8. All transactions require MYR payment before funds transfer can be made.

Alipay transfer can act as a top-up to your own Alipay and can also be a bridge of transaction to transfer to your China supplier. It’s an extra option if your supplier doesn’t prefer to receive payment in their bank account.

Due to China’s strict financial regulations, payments may occasionally fail for reasons such as the recipient’s Alipay account exceeding its limit, being frozen by authorities, or flagged under risk control. In such cases, please check with your supplier to confirm the status of their Alipay account.
